The Unity Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public meeting on Tuesday January 25, 2022 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Unity Township Municipal Building, 154 Beatty County Road, Latrobe, PA 15650 for purposes of hearing closing comments, if any, and taking a vote on the request of Stephen Hall & Community Options, Inc. for a special exception to operate a group home on property at 3143 McClelland Drive, Greensburg (Unity Township), PA 15601. The property contains approximately 14,100 s/f ofland, with a single-family home, bears Westmoreland County Tax Map Parcel No. 61-12-13-0-066 and is located in the R-1 Zoning District. This is a continuation of proceedings in this matter, the record has closed and no further testimony or evidence will be taken. THE ZONING HEARING BOARD IS ENFORCING COMPLIANCE WITH COVID-19 PROTECTION PROTOCOLS FOR THESE HEARINGS. ALL PARTICIPANTS AND OTHER PERSONS IN ATTENDANCE ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR APPROPRIATE FACEMASKS.
