The Unity Township Zoning Hearing Board meeting for the Nine Mile Run Solar Master Tenant LLC, will be continued on Tuesday, October 22, 2024 in the Latrobe Area Senior High School Auditorium. This meeting is a continuation from the September 24th Meeting.
The Applicant has requested a Special Exception to construct and operate a Solar Farm on approximately 34 acres of a 62.84 acre parcel owned by Trois Filles, LLC is situated along Charles Houck Rd.
The meeting will reconvene at 6:00pm. At that time the Zoning Board will continue to hear questions and comments from interested parties concerning the Nine Mile Run Solar Master Tenant LLC Project.
