A Per Capita Tax is a flat rate tax levied upon each individual, eighteen years or older, residing within the taxing district. Click here for more information.


Mobile Homes & Mobile Home Permits...

Mobile Homes & Trailers (except Travel trailers) are assessed much in the same manner as homes by the County Assessment Board, excepting an allowance for inside furnishings which many times are included in the original purchase price. Click here for more information.


Earned Income Tax (1% Wage Tax)...

An 1% Earned Income Wage Tax is assessed jointly by the Greater Latrobe School District and the Unity Township Board of Supervisors on all residents of Unity Township. Click here for more information.
