A Building Permit shall be required for all construction and development,
including any alterations or repairs to existing buildings or structures:
A Building Permit is required for, but not limited to the following:

Addition
Shed or Storage Building
Garage
Porch, Patio, or Deck |
Swimming Pools
Mobile Home
Demolition
Other Structures

Building Permit Applications are available at the Zoning Office, Monday -
Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

All plans complete with application fee and necessary documentation, must
be submitted to the Zoning Office no later than 10 calendar days
before the first Tuesday of each month.
A Zoning Hearing Board Application is required for the following
Variance
Change of Use
Appeal from Decision of Zoning Officer
Challenge to Validity of Zoning Ordinance |
Interpretation of Ordinance
Expansion of Nonconforming Use
Special Expectation |
Application must be submitted at least 21 days before the
meeting date to allow for advertising in the local newspaper. The ZHB meets
on the 4th Tuesday of each month at 6:00 PM.
